Lee is a founding Director of Inception Legal Recruitment Limited. Having trained as a lawyer in his native Manchester, Lee has spent the last 15 years in the Legal Recruitment world working for a large global Consultancy as well as a leading City Boutique Consultancy.
Since establishing Inception Legal in 2011, he has built up a strong, close and varied network of clients and candidates and has worked off a strong base of personal referrals for a number of years gaining an excellent reputation in the market place.
Lee is known for offering a friendly and pro-active approach to recruitment and making the process as straight forward as possible. He has worked on a number of high profile Partner and Team moves in recent years as well as also acting for a small number of Global Organisations.
Outside of the office, Lee’s life is taken over by his young family and beloved Manchester United. He is also a keen runner and has completed a number of half marathons.
Rob has worked in the legal sector since 2002. He started his professional life as a Barristers Clerk working at leading common law sets before moving into recruitment in the 2010’s.
He focusses on bespoke search mandates for global law firms and represents individual Partners and teams. For Law firms he has particular experience on searches in the corporate, private equity, arbitration/disputes, real estate and finance sectors. He also acts for a handful of ‘in-house’ clients within the entertainment, aviation & shipping, finance and real estate sectors.
Outside of work Rob’s life is dictated by his wife Alex and young daughter Ottilie…as well as suffering the guaranteed disappointing West Ham displays.
